SHIPPING
Standard delivery:
We deliver to all Australian locations. ( Tracking number available )
Delivered within 2 - 4 business days (Monday to Friday) if ordered by 1pm with 14.99 AUD or free if you spend over 200 AUD.
Saturday and Sunday delivery is NOT available at this stage.
Please also note, we are unable to arrange delivery to PO Box.
Order Tracking:
If you ordered through your account, or added a password at the checkout when ordering online, you will have the ability to track your order online.
Order tracking can be done from within ‘My Account’
If you used the guest checkout facility and did not enter a password at the end of the checkout process, you will still receive delivery tracking emails with the details of where and when your gift box will be delivered. If you do not receive these emails or delivery is late, why not reach out to the customer care team who will be able to help you locate your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes the gift purchased for whatever reason is not right, so if you are not happy with the product received and would like to return the item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery, either for a refund or replacement, providing the gift box is unopened and in the original condition.
