SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard Delivery:
We deliver to all Australian locations. A tracking number is included with your order. Packages are delivered within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) via Australia Post. Standard shipping is completely FREE.
Please note that weekend delivery is currently unavailable, and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Express Delivery:
Need your order sooner? Express shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout based on your Australian postcode. Express orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking:
If you ordered through your account, or added a password at the checkout when ordering online, you will have the ability to track your order online.
Order tracking can be done from within ‘My Account’
If you used the guest checkout facility and did not enter a password at the end of the checkout process, you will still receive delivery tracking emails with the details of where and when your gift box will be delivered. If you do not receive these emails or delivery is late, why not reach out to the customer care team who will be able to help you locate your order.
